Creating a Fun and Inviting Gaming Experience

We expect our GM/DMs to have strong knowledge about the game they are hosting. We also ask that they are welcoming to all that want to join in on the fun.

You will be interacting and hosting your gaming sessions with those that may have never played the game before and those that are experts and rival your abilities. Being able to host a gaming session that all can enjoy is important to the experience. You will be able to indicate the skill level needed to play the gaming session so you can let attendees know if your game is easy or very difficult.

Completing the Submission Form

Follow these Step by Step Instructions to ensure your game submission is submitted correctly. 

This form must be completed for each game you want to host. If you want to host the game multiple times, please indicate that in the submission and only submit it once.

You must first log in or create an account to complete the form. If you've purchased passes before through our website, you can use that same account to log in below and submit your game. By doing this, you will be able to track the progress of any games you’ve submitted as well as any games that you sign up to play that you may not be the GM or DM for.

After logging in, please enter the name of the game or game session you want to host and click Begin Submission. You’ll then be taken through a series of questions about the game you are hosting. Please complete these fields to the best of your ability. We ask that you keep your game description to 300 or fewer characters.

Online Game Registration

All game sessions will be available for Free Pre-Registration, please select this option when you get to that section. We will allow day-of walk-ups, but we do want our attendees to be able to register for a game session prior to our show. Please make sure to add the number of seats that would be available to play this game, so we ensure the game session is not overbooked. Remember, you'll be taking a spot, so if the game only allows 6 players and you will be one of them, put 5 for the Available Seats. This can be done in the Available Seats field on Step 2 of the registration form.

Scheduling Game

You will have the ability to select the schedule you want to host the game on. We cannot guarantee this time will be available and our Gaming Producer or Gaming Managers will reach out with you to confirm the scheduled day and time of your game session.

GM/DM Benefits

We value our GM/DMs in helping to deliver a gaming experience to our attendees they cannot get anywhere else. If you are selected to GM/DM a gaming session(s), you will receive:

• 2 hours of gaming – 1 Complimentary Day Pass for the day you are hosting the game
• 4 to 7.9 hours of gaming – 1 complimentary Full Event Pass plus one t-shirt voucher to use at our merch booth
•  8 to 11.9 hours of gaming – 2 complimentary Full Event Passes plus a one t-shirt voucher to use at our merch booth
• 12 to 15.9 hours of gaming – 3 complimentary Full Event Passes plus one t-shirt voucher to use at our merch booth
• 16+ hours of gaming – 4 complimentary Full Event Passes plus one t-shirt voucher to use at our merch booth

Receiving a complimentary badge as a GM/DM 

• Provides the same in-and-out access as a paid attendee during all public hours.  It does NOT allow early or special access.  

• Does not guarantee interviews, autographs, or photo ops with any invited guests.  

• Does not allow you to cut lines, save seats, or provide entry in the handful of paid events we schedule

Receiving a complimentary t-shirt voucher for our Merch Booth

This does not guarantee you the exact shirt design or size you want. It is recommended that you stop by the merch booth as soon as possible to ensure you are able to get the shirt design and size you want.
