This is no mere environmental catastrophe. The true calamity is where this tanker sank: directly over the Goliath Trench—the lair of the largest and most destructive beast known to man. Goliath is a force of nature, and the effects of that quantity of Z-Contaminant on such a beast are unimaginable. This is a job for the most powerful beings on the Doom Guard's roster.
