This is a beginner level 5 adventure, all 2014 and 2024 books, and any books published by wizards of the coast such as loot tavern, griffins saddle bag, kobold press, drakkenheim, critical role, grim hollow, and humblewood. Magic items are simply 1 uncommon or rare or very rare item, 5 common items and 5 consumables (such as potions and spell scrolls with spells of appropriate level that you can cast)
