With the emergence of a new warlord distributing bullets to his supporters, players must decide whether to make deals with the new kingpin Bullet-To-The-Head or risk trying to escape. As they uncover the truth about the US Police Department's involvement in supplying ammunition to the gangs, players must make difficult decisions on who to help, who to hurt, and how they can escape from the Prison That Never Sleeps.
