Lisa McMann is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of middle grade fantasy series' The Unwanteds and The Unwanteds Quests, as well as the young adult WAKE and VISIONS trilogies. Her latest work is the brand new middle grade supernatural series, The Forgotten Five. Book one, Map of Flames, is out now; book two, The Invisible Spy, is due out in November 2022. Lisa is married to fellow writer Matt McMann and they live in Tempe, AZ. They have two adult children: Kilian McMann, a graphic designer and illustrator, and Kennedy McMann, an actor who plays Nancy Drew on the CW network show by the same name.
