From STAR TREK to Twilight Zone (past and present): Wonder Woman to Captain Marvel; from the ever shifting winds of Saturday Night Live to every version of Ghostbusters; Popular Culture has been filled with satire and relevant social commentary that may or may not age well with the art. Thanks to various online platforms, fandom has been allowed to join the conversation, for better of worse. This panel will discuss the hit and miss merits of Pop Culture commentary while encouraging the fans to love their art without weaponizing it.
