Is the dragon a monster, a mythical creature, a cultural symbol or quite possibly a heroic figure? I want to look at the origin of the dragon and how it has managed to rear its enormous head in multiple tales across multiple cultures. We will look at the little known dragons of ancient Egypt and the long, rich history of Asian dragons and finally the most famous dragons of literature.
